01The Mission

Memphis has a health problem. We have the solution.

Six years ago, we launched Legends Never Die, our annual fitness competition built to extend our mission beyond the walls of our gym.

Three years ago, the City of Bartlett, Tennessee, invited us to partner with them to promote healthy living across their local municipality. Since then, it has been an honor to work alongside their local leadership to support that vision.

We've partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis to provide tangible access to fitness in our city. The goal is to educate and inspire. We truly believe education helps drive the decision for better wellness.

Please join us as we inspire our city to reach its full potential.

05The Founders
James and Tasia Lancaster at Legends Never Die

Meet James and Tasia Lancaster

From adolescence to adulthood, competing is what shaped our lives and what ultimately brought us together in the fitness space.

We live in Memphis, TN, with our chickens and chocolate lab, Oakley. All 3 of us enjoy fishing, floating the river, hunting, and a good coffee.

James played college and professional football and competed in multiple regional-level CrossFit competitions.

Tasia competed in collegiate gymnastics and later competed at the CrossFit Games as an individual, eventually finishing her career on a team with CrossFit Mayhem Freedom.

Our greatest goal is to create a 3rd Place for people to meet, create memories, and challenge themselves both physically and mentally.
